Summary:
Under close to general supervision, performs a variety of tasks assisting in the management of non-depository institution licensees including, but not limited to, conducting examinations, investigations and visitations of licensed companies, conducting investigations of individuals or entities that may be illegally conducting business without a license, conducting exit meetings with management to relay the findings of their examinations, preparing written Reports of Examination and other memorandums detailing the findings of their examinations, and gathering supporting evidence toassist in the implementation of possible administrative actions.
These functions will be performed under the direct supervision of the Director of Non-Depository Financial Institutions and the Supervisory Examiner(s).
While assisting in the licensing process, the examiner will be expected to review applications for new and renewal licenses.
